7M #711 Hybrid Panel Bonding Adhesive

 

Whats included? You get The 7M 0711 in 200ML size and 2 mixing tips.

This adhesive comes with a 200 ml (2) Dual-Syringe Cartridge System and based on an approximate 70°F environment; it takes about 18 minutes to apply and 24 hours to cure. It efficiently bonds SMC and FRP panels to each other and is also effective for bonding metal to metal. Un-like 3M’s 8219 No primers are needed with the 7M 0811 two-part Hybrid epoxy panel adhesive.

7M 711 Cures on demand with addition of heat gun. – most importantly our Patented Micro Glass beads work as built in spacers for optimum weld like bond. SMC / FRP Panel Adhesive is perfect for bonding sheet metal compound (SMC) and fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) body panels.

It efficiently bonds SMC and FRP panels to each other and has been proven very effective for bonding metal to metal as well.

Panel Bonding Adhesive has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of Composites, Metal and Steel substrates.

This product can be used to bond door skins, Neverrust Rocker Panels, roof skins, quarter panels, box sides, body kits and hood scoops..
